Certificates of Compliance (CoC)
In South Africa, an Electrical Certificate of Compliance (CoC) is a legal requirement whenever a property is sold, when the electrical installation is newly connected, or when ownership changes. It confirms that the electrical installation on the property is safe and meets the standards set out in the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
ClearFix Electrical is fully registered to inspect, test, and issue valid Electrical Certificates of Compliance.
